RAVES FOR COACHING:
Kristina is a gifted career coach who is extremely effective at helping people who have come to a crossroads in their life and need to make important decisions about how to move forward. She truly has the ability to cut to the heart of the matter and get down to the business of seeing what a person is passionate about, what they should be considering as an alternate path, and then finding a way to help guide them to take that first step. – D. Andrews
She has a laid-back approach, but don’t let that fool anyone. Her ability to read people is amazing and her assessments of how a person can enrich their lives/careers are spot-on. After she asked me lots of questions, she was somehow able to give me an assessment that was frighteningly accurate and illuminating. ~ Comment from Sept. 2012 Survey
She’s really understanding and inspiring. Coaching sessions are not a simple “make your resume look like this and you’ll get a job” – Kristina gets to the bottom of your issues and brings them to the top. I always leave a session feeling refreshed and inspired. ~ Comment from Sept. 2012 Survey
