Wow, that was fast! (even though it felt like 5 years in one?!) Here we are again, with my annual wrap up highlighting all of the new PGGs from this past year. When I started writing these back in January 2010, I published a new essay every Tuesday; after about two years I had enough to start re-posting them, in addition to writing a new one about once a month.

Each week I take time to observe and reflect on what is happening in the world and in the lives of my clients, friends, family and myself, notice any themes or patterns and then write or re-post a PGG that speaks to what the current state of affairs seems to be calling for.  It is always my intention to have my words be of use to you and I truly hope they provide some food for thought at the least, and a kick in the butt at the most 🙂  Often just a shift in perspective can make all the difference in how we experience our lives, and my goal with all that I do is to offer help with whatever it is you need to make your life the most fulfilled and peaceful it can be.

Do you have any favorites from these below or any of the other 40 PGGs that were sent in 2017?  Email me or post your comments on my Facebook page with a PGG that had a positive impact on you, inspired you to take action, gave you a different perspective or helped you in any way.

You can also support me and my work by showing your appreciation with an end-of-year “tip” by clicking here – any amount is a nice way to say thank you for all time and energy that goes into their creation and the benefits you have received by reading them over the past twelve months 🙂  And of course you can also purchase PGG:The Book by clicking here.

I look forward to giving an overdue makeover and spiffy-ing up to my eNewsletters and website in 2018, as well as providing some great opportunities to work with me individually and be part of a community of like-minded folks who have benefited from my guidance and support over the past ten years.  Stay tuned for announcements and updates in the next couple months….

In the meantime, please enjoy all of the new PGGs from 2017.  Remember, you can always see every PGG from any month or year going back to 2010 on my website at

************************************************************************************************* Express Yourself

We are entering an era where you will more urgently be required to express your highest and best potential, to be who you are and do the thing you are meant to do, and above all, to be as human as possible and to acknowledge the beauty and spirit of each others’ existence as graciously and as often as possible.  We must remember who we are to ourselves, and to each other.

Zombies, Xenophobia & Xanax

I find it interesting that the word that has been used to oppose the current administration is RESISTANCE, which is the very thing that got us here in the first place, in our common yet subconscious desire to deflect and turn away from seizing the reins of power and being the authority of our own lives.  Read full PGG on Medium

Make Hay While the Sun Shines

Another way you can build up that foundation of calm, centeredness and strength is to be continually conscious of the present, and really feel each good, joyous, peaceful moment as you experience it – not just by observing or having a positive attitude, but by integrating and absorbing them into your cellular memory so they can be recalled as needed down the line, and when you might least expect it.  Read full PGG on Medium

Peace Train

With all the emphasis and research in our current culture on “happiness”an obsession only magnified and distorted by social media you can be easily fooled into thinking you are somehow deficient in this department. The better question to ask yourself is “Am I at peace?” Happiness is great while it lasts, but that’s the point – it’s transient. Yet with awareness, practice and discipline over time, peace can be permanent. Read full PGG on Medium

A Deeper Wave

Whether you are 25, 65 or somewhere in between – and I have worked with all ages – the antidote to this unsettled, dissatisfied existential state is to be SELF-centered in a foundation of worthiness and value, find purpose and meaning in your work, express yourself creatively, demonstrate faith and trust in yourself, the process and the Universe, and be open to giving and receiving LOVE. And stay in your own lane. Read full PGG on Medium

A Decade of Doing What I Do

When you are aligned with who you are and what you are supposed to be doing with your life, it means you have a sense of purpose, ease and sanity that is essential to creating peace in your life, and hence peace in the world around you. Our country needs as many of us out there to do this – STAT. I view my role as helping people get on their path – no matter where they are in their career or life – as part of my contribution to the overall well-being of the planet. I do this by providing clarity, balance and direction that allows you to achieve your version of success, even if that is simply finding a way to be content with where you are at.Read full PGG on Medium

This is Not a Test

We live in the School of Life and therefore there are tests – stresses and strains to help mold and shape us into who we are; they are the means by which we can uncover what is true for us. To give meaning and definition to our existence we need resistance, we need friction, we need to be challenged from time to time. We can then know ourselves even better and strengthen the core muscle of who we are. We become more integrated and we heal. So yes, others will test our boundaries, but tests are the grit of life and what ultimately inform us about our deepest sense of selves, create our reality and help us to grow and evolve.
